Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person and phone customer service during Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols and customer service best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability exclusively for Saturday and Sunday shifts (no weekday commitments)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous weekend shift experience highly desirable
