Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain store organization by stocking shelves, facing product displays, and ensuring visual appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean and well-maintained.
- Cross-train with team members to support various departments during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
