Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work in various DC venues including convention centers and parks
