Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out desks and common areas
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and order of public spaces and facilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and weekend special activities
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (Fri-Sun)
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
