Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend and night shifts
- Manage reservation systems and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Maintain facility safety and cleanliness standards
- Process payments and manage POS systems accurately
- Contribute to inventory management and supply organization
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with reservation and POS systems
- Valid California driver's license (for location transfers)
