Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely and in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends and night shifts on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
