Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and VIP reservations during weekend and overnight shifts
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure venue safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service
- Monitor venue operations and report maintenance needs
- Train new staff on shift-specific procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, overnight shifts)
- Valid NV state gaming license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Must be 21+ years of age
