Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and overnight shifts

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- Flexible availability including weekends and nights (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with mobile devices
- Valid CA driver's license (if transportation required)
- Previous shift work experience preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
