Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences during peak weekend and overnight hours
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain strict safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume periods
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
- Adapt to dynamic scheduling changes and event-driven demand
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for weekends (Fri-Sun) and overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Valid NV Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
