Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations across 2-3 high-volume hospitality venues
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members during peak shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and brand standards
- Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries and maintain service excellence
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvements
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 8am-11pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
