As a Weekend Staff Member, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences while building valuable skills in customer service, teamwork, and operations. Training provided – no prior experience necessary!
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in all service areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available for consistent weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta location
