Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-traffic retail or hospitality environments
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with event setup/teardown for weekend activations
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend hours
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (8-12 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation to multiple San Diego locations
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings until 11 PM
