Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and organize inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to working weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and occasional overtime.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
