Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, handle time)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Collaborate with team on complex issue resolution
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong communication and typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Proficiency with Windows and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Background check required
