Responsibilities
- Provide real-time text-based support across multiple chat platforms (Slack, Zendesk, Intercom)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product usage questions
- Document all interactions using CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and engineering teams for complex escalations
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Participate in weekly training on new products and support techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote customer support experience
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot)
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chats
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical troubleshooting approach
- Available for rotating weekend shifts (1:4 rotation)
- High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
