Responsibilities

- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex product issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company brand voice guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
