Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a professional tone.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal CRM software.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department promptly.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support roles.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
