Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Product Management: Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure product displays are accurate and promotional.
- Sales Support: Process transactions efficiently at the register and assist in achieving daily sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
- Weekend Shifts: Work Saturday and Sunday shifts to support our peak weekend traffic and customer demand.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday full-time shifts.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up for your scheduled shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25lbs, and perform light physical tasks.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow operational procedures.
