Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in quality control checks for all products before dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the El Paso facility.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and inventory systems.
