Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate industrial material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counting and stock organization.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy and product integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
