Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide professional, knowledgeable assistance.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales and returns accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
