Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Process transactions and manage cash registers accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
