Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all customers, answering inquiries and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Merchandising: Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor store areas to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and assets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 50 lbs, and perform moderate physical activity.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to the team's success.
