Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute weekend events including festivals, concerts, and corporate gatherings
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless operational logistics
- Lead teams of 5-15 staff members during high-energy weekend shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service to 500+ attendees per event
- Handle inventory management and equipment setup/teardown
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Generate post-event reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Friday-Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in event management software
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- 1+ years customer service or event experience preferred
