Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns for concerts, conventions, and private functions
- Provide exceptional guest service and crowd management at high-traffic venues
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process cashless transactions efficiently
- Coordinate VIP experiences and handle premium guest inquiries
- Maintain strict safety protocols during emergency situations and crowd control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Document operational insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be available to work all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with occasional evenings
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event operations preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30+ pounds regularly
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in high-energy environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Nevada gaming license or ability to obtain within 30 days (if required)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
