Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Execute weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Create visually appealing displays and maintain organized, clean sales floors
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal merchandising initiatives
- Train new staff on weekend-specific protocols and best practices
Qualifications
