Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide health education
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience required
- Current NC state license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility for weekend and holiday availability
- CPR/BLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
