Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and support services with compassion
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status accurately
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans during weekend rotations
- Assist with patient mobility, ADLs, and therapeutic procedures
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Collaborate seamlessly with on-call physicians and specialists
- Participate in weekend staff development and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Active CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 7a-7p shifts)
- BLS/CPR certification with current credentials
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for prolonged periods
