Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care services across weekend shifts including scheduling, assessments, and follow-ups
- Lead interdisciplinary weekend healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Implement weekend-specific care protocols and emergency response procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with weekend-specific documentation standards
- Collaborate with weekday leadership teams for continuity of care planning
- Conduct weekend patient satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure weekend compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience with weekend shift exposure
- Current Texas state healthcare license (LVN, RN, or Medical Assistant certification)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems and weekend scheduling software
- Strong conflict resolution skills for weekend patient care scenarios
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record for weekend site visits
