Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care services during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless healthcare delivery
- Manage patient records and documentation with precision
- Provide direct patient support and health education
- Monitor equipment and inventory maintenance
- Participate in weekend staff training and quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to patient inquiries and emergency situations promptly
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare coordination experience
- Valid Illinois healthcare certification/license
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend schedules
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
