Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and medical assistance during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation

- Support patient education and discharge planning processes

Qualifications
- Active RN or LVN license in Texas (required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care or clinic experience
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong weekend availability and reliability
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic or similar systems preferred)
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
