Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond to emergencies and perform urgent medical interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Kentucky required
- 2+ years of clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 12-hour rotations)
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- EMR proficiency (Epic systems preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
