Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless healthcare delivery
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Mentor new staff members during weekend rotations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong weekend availability and reliability
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Valid Georgia driver's license
