Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins, reservations, and special event bookings during weekend shifts
- Lead a team of 5-7 hospitality associates to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and conflicts with exceptional service standards
- Oversee weekend inventory management and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with weekday managers to maintain service consistency
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Train new staff on weekend-specific protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality or customer service management
- Proven experience scheduling weekend shifts and managing weekend teams
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong knowledge of Miami's tourism and event landscape preferred
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to work independently during high-traffic weekend periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
