Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Train and mentor 10-15 hourly staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Monitor financial performance through daily sales reporting and cost analysis
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive weekend foot traffic and revenue
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality management experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Texas Food Manager certification required
- Strong proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
