Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend front desk operations and guest services
- Train and supervise 15+ hospitality staff during peak weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special event accommodations
- Monitor inventory and operational budgets for weekend periods
- Implement service excellence standards and team performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team for weekend promotions
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in luxury/hotel environments
- Exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Flexible availability required (Friday-Sunday 10am-10pm)
