Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding store policies and product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management promptly.
- Handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and adhere to all company security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
