Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operational activities including logistics, inventory management, and team coordination
- Ensure seamless communication between weekend staff and weekday operations teams
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across all weekend deliverables
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
- Prepare comprehensive weekend performance reports and improvement recommendations
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on operational protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operations or logistics experience with weekend shift exposure
