Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 weekend associates to ensure peak performance
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics between distribution centers in Charlotte and Florida
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage weekend scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handover and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Proven leadership skills with weekend shift experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
