Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff across retail and hospitality venues
- Implement weekend-specific sales and customer engagement strategies
- Manage inventory logistics and supply chain for weekend operations
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and brand standards
- Develop weekend-exclusive promotions and events
Qualifications
- 3+ years in retail/hospitality management with weekend shift experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams

- Flexibility to work exclusively weekends (Sat-Sun) with occasional holidays
- Miami market knowledge preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license
