Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend shift operations across 3+ service lines, ensuring seamless 24/7 coverage
- Lead and mentor 15+ weekend team members through performance coaching and development plans
- Optimize weekend resource allocation and scheduling to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency
- Implement and monitor weekend-specific KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with weekday leadership for operational handovers and strategic alignment
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complex operational challenges during peak weekend hours
- Develop weekend-specific SOPs and training materials to maintain service consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
