- Supervise weekend staff schedules and ensure optimal coverage across all service points

- Prepare weekly performance reports and weekend activity summaries
- Train and mentor weekend team members on service standards
- Collaborate with weekday management to maintain operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or team leadership
- Proven ability to manage weekend/holiday shifts and flexible schedules
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in non-profit or community services preferred
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work, Deputy)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
