Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ staff across guest services, food & beverage, and event coordination
- Optimize weekend operational efficiency while maintaining premium service standards
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless handovers
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols
- Manage weekend inventory, staffing schedules, and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality or retail management with weekend shift experience
- Proven leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management abilities
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, RMS)
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual ability preferred
