Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and service delivery during weekend shifts, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of floor staff, supervisors, and service associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability during peak weekend hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, escalating complex issues to upper management.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance protocols to maintain a secure environment for employees and guests.
- Prepare weekly operational reports and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or customer service leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing weekend shifts and leading diverse teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure during busy periods.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
