- Oversee all weekend clinical and administrative operations in our Columbus facility
- Manage and mentor a team of 12+ healthcare professionals during weekend shifts
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards are maintained 24/7
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and critical patient care pathways
- Optimize weekend staffing schedules and resource allocation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and development planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
- Minimum 3 years experience in weekend healthcare operations management
- Current Ohio RN license or healthcare management certification preferred
