- Lead and mentor 8-12 weekend staff members through daily performance coaching

- Ensure flawless customer service delivery and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
- Conduct thorough store inspections to maintain brand standards and safety compliance
- Collaborate with weekday management team for seamless operational handovers

Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail or hospitality management experience with weekend shift leadership

- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday availability
