Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent shortages.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior staff members during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management is a plus.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
