Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations across 3+ Philadelphia locations (hospitality/retail)
- Manage and mentor 15-20 weekend associates across shifts
- Optimize weekend staffing schedules and resource allocation
- Execute weekend marketing promotions and customer engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company standards
- Resolve escalated customer issues with exceptional service
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement plans
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Proven track record in weekend or shift-based leadership
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service expertise
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (no weekday hours)
- Proficient in scheduling and inventory management systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
