Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend facility operations, ensuring all equipment, systems, and processes function optimally
- Manage and train weekend staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics for weekend activities
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to guarantee compliance with OSHA standards
- Generate comprehensive weekend performance reports and recommend operational improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend emergencies and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate cross-departmental handovers between weekend and weekday shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or logistics
- Proven ability to supervise teams and manage weekend workflows effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in high-pressure environments
- Certification in OSHA safety standards or equivalent preferred
