- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and visitors during peak weekend hours.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics for weekend supply deliveries.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate complex matters to management promptly.
- Perform routine facility maintenance, safety checks, and cleanliness audits.
- Maintain accurate records and shift reports for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
